INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup Simply Deli Creamy Korma Sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 mini puff pastry sheets (or enough to top 4 ramekins)

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and carrot until soft.
- Add the cooked chicken and frozen peas and stir to combine.
- Pour in Simply Deli Creamy Korma Sauce and chicken stock.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into individual ramekins or a baking dish.
- Cover each with a puff pastry sheet, tucking in the edges.
- Make a small slit in the centre to allow steam to escape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
